Jessaboois and Taj Mahal, Mimsy and Baby Bro, Sister Sheep and Brother Bear.
My brother and sister are almost as crazy as I am. Almost.
TJ is fifteen months younger than me, and that's been good and bad. We weren't really in the same social groups so mutual friends were never an issue, and it was nice to almost always have someone else at school with me (Except in 6th and 9th grade). Although it is kind of weird to hear my friends call him hot. It just freaks me out. Because he's not. He looks like me with short hair. Maybe I just know him too well. He used to be the star baseball player, and for a while, that was really a major part of his life. When it came around time for college, he was contacted by a lot of major schools to play for him, but ultimately decided to go the Naval Academy, where he played for a year before leaving the team temporarily for hip surgery. The temporary absence turned not so temporary, and although he was offered his spot again, he decided to turn it down in order to have some (limited) freedom. He's still at the academy, and we love seeing our boy in his fancy smancy whites, because he is handsome. Just not hot. Ew.
Jessie is my bestest friend in the whole wide universe. I can be completely goofy around her and I know she won't judge me... because she's being just as goofy back. We get really weird together, but that's okay, because that's how sisters are supposed to act together. Jessie is both a leader and a follower. When she was little she wore pink cowgirl boots and refused to be called Jessica. She definitely likes to choose her own path. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure when she started watching gilmore girls she decided she wanted to be Rory and it's worked out pretty well. She's pretty, smart, skinny, and wears a lot of fashionable clothes that I would never think of picking up but look awesome when she wears them. Curses. She is also one of the strongest people I know (well not literally). When she was in 7th grade, she developed JRA, or juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and life became very difficult for her. She has to take a lot of medicine and administer shots and get bloodwork done a lot, and I know it's more than I could handle. She has come so far in spite of all this and I love her that much more for it. Keeping my fingers crossed for college acceptances now! Ahh! How did little Jess-a-boo get so old?
